I can't believe it. It is getting so much better to stay away from smoking. I had a minor set back on Thanksgiving but I got through it. I can't believe its been 4 months. I mean seriously??? This is huge for me. I hope everyone has a great smoke free day!!!! I know I will!!! Let me be clear the "setback" was a craving. I DID NOT smoke a single cigarette. I realized after posting that is sounded like I caved but I didn't!!! 🙂
