Wow it's been 120 days! Go me, go me! I was out on the porch today grilling in the yard and while I would usually sit there with some smokes, today I caught myself NOT thinking about it. hahaha Not obsessing about it. It does get easier! I know that if I was smoking I would not have been able to breathe today as it was about 100 degrees outside! Even without the smoking i was having trouble.
Has anyone else seen those FDA Anti-smoking commercials called "The real cost" they started playing? It's very visual - a tiny monster that looks like an alien with spider legs is portrayed as the ciggarette. Maybe visuallizing the bad thing will help with our craves!
UGH I hate Sunday's. I wish I had another day off work!
