Well, I noticed today since I started smoking again the cough and mucous are back and it bothers me more mentally than ever before. I am becoming more involved on the site and love the encouragement and positivity of the members here. It has taken a year but I think things are beginning to click. Off work tomorrow and going to order Allan Carr's book a few of you mentioned. Have a nice evening everyone!
