11 days and yes I am still counting.

I think I will be counting my smoke free days for awhile. Every day that I do not smoke is major for me. As this site states I am relearning my life without cigarettes. I have been having some anxiety, which I suppose is a side effect of going cold turkey. I am hopeful that these feelings will lessen soon. This process is not easy but definitely worth the fight.

I talked to my best friend yesterday and she wants to quit smoking. I told her about this site. I am hoping with all my heart that she finds it to be as helpful as I do! I hope everyone finds the will to not smoke today.

I still count, #86 of freedom.  I love my new healthy life.  Each day feels like a gift.  My threshold for stress is so much higher now.  Life is easier.  I remember in the beginning I had a little voice in my head telling me I wouldn't make it....that I was week.  The voice with the drug talking.  I am happy to say that voice died because I starved it to death!!  You are going to be amazed in the personality changes you will experience!!  Take care!
