Yesterday was 11 months quit for me and I'm fast approaching the one year milestone! This EX site gave me the education, support and inspiration I needed. I gratefully took the hand extended to me from those ahead of me. I added my own determination, desperation and decision to be smoke-free, one day at a time.
Nope is the first thing I learned and at the end of the day, it's still what holds it all together. I'm honored to extend my hand to you, the next in line to receive a new smoke free life.
