hey all, i am really proud of myself today.....in 30 years i have never went 11 days without a cigarette,can u imagine?....

I am not foolin myself this is still hard,but i think i can do it, still tired alot and coughin up gunk(ewwww)

hope that stops soon, dont know where i would be without some where to vent ...
