WINTER  CAN PLAY WITH OUR WELL BEING..........BUT  AS ANOTHER 3 MONTHS GO BUY..............SPRING WILL ARRIVE......................NEW TRIGGERS..................YES...............BUT AS WITH ALL  SMOKING TRIGGERS, WE MUST OVERWRITE THEM IN OUR MARVELOUS BRAINS.......................I PERSONALLY CAN'T WAIT.....AS MANY HAVE SEEN, I TRY TO TALK ABOUT EXERCISE................IT IS A RECOVERY TOOL...........I BELIEVE VERY STRONGLY IN  IT................JUST A ONE PUFF CAN GET THE BALL ROLLING IN THE WRONG DIRECTION...............EXERCISE............THE BRAIN REMEMBERS WHEN WE RAN, PLAYED, AND GOOD MEMORIES OF A HEALTHY YOUNG BODY............EXERCISE TRIGGERS SO MANY OVERWRITES.............NOT ONLY GOOD FOR OUR HUMAN BODY PHYSICALLY, BUT MENTALLY..............AS THE SAYING GOES.........KILL 2 BIRDS WITH ONE STONE.................I KNOW I AM GOING TO BE AS READY AS I CAN FOR SPRING..............3-20-2013.................A BIG DAY FOR ME.....SPRING...I HAVE BEEN SLOWLY ADVANCING MY LIFTING.......RUNNING AND DEEP BREATHES................I WISH FOR ALL IN THE EX COMMUNITY TO ALLWAYS USE EXERCISE AS A RECOVERY TOOL  WITH ALL THE OTHER TOOLS, RECOMMENED BY THE ELDERS AND EX-PERTS...ON THE  JOURNEY OF RECOVERY.....JIM OHIO.

exercise releases dopamine just as smoking did but healthy.
