I made it!! I've been very quiet on this site but I come here EVERYDAY, sometimes a couple of times in a day, and read and read and read. I know that is one reason why I've got this far and I couldnt be happier. I have NO desire to go back to smoking. The benefits I have gained from quitting, there is NO WAY I would give that up. Breathing is easier, exercising is easier, my family is closer and I don't have that nasty smell following around me anymore. Life is awesome!! Thank you EX!

Congrats to you too! I wasn't sure how to celebratete the day. We celebrate birthdays, holidays, weddings,etc. How do you celebrate being a healthier person?

Party hats, cake, ice cream, something for YOU...a prize, something you would not have been able to get if you were still spending money on cigarettes.  100 days might have been my favorite anniversary!

Congratulations on 100 days!  That is huge. There is something very special to a quit by coming here every day.  I did it too.  Most of us need constant reinforcement when we quit smoking.  You are doing this.  Great job.
