And still not smoking!!!!!

I really wanted to post a blog yesterday but when I woke up the site was down Again!!!!

What has made my quit easier than the others is that I have kept myself busy, Besides working everyday I also coach a High School Volleyball Team. That mean practice or Games right when I get off work at 3:30 to about 8:30 0r 9:00 every night and then tournaments on the weekends. So I really don't have time to think about smoking.

The Scary thing is it all came to and end last night with our final game of the season. That means i'm going to have to find somhthing else to keep myself busy. I'm sure between honeydews and fishing i will be fine.

Anyway My Ex friends I just want say stay strong and never qive up on yourself. Life is to precious.

Have a wonderfull smoke free day and remember one day at a time.

100 days is huge milestone. In my mind it is a big goal I'm been shooting for (30 more days for me). 

I found out about this site on the day I quit and remember how encouraged I was when I started reading. I was 3 or 4 days in (I think) when I posted a blog. I remember how much of a difference a few kind and supportive words helped me through from the good people here.

And I remember you.

Congratulations on 100 days my friend!  Fishing will be a good thin  g to get used to doing smoke free. I remember that was one of your worries in your bio.  It's getting closer to winter so not sure how much fishing you'll be able to do ...... and honeydews will be a smoke free experience too!  Glad you are now working on your 200 days.  Glad you are smoke free and enjoying being so.
