I can't believe its been 10 days already.  I am so glad to be a NON smoker!  I have been so tired lately and have to take a nap everyday.  Is this normal?

I actually had a doctor tell me (after a bad car accident) that your body heals when it is asleep - so embrace those naps!  Your body is healing all that damage you have done to it by smoking!'

Congratulations on 10 days.  Most folks find that after 2-3 weeks, it gets easier.  You are on your way!

Thanks Nancy,  I have been off work for 8 weeks now due to shoulder surgery. So I am enjoying the nap time but was a little worried about how tired i am.  I haven't been able to do much because of the surgery but I am slowly getting better.  I have been cleaning out drawers and cupboards, and started crocheting to keep busy.  Congrats on 7 months of being a non smoker!

I am at 10 days as well, maillady - way to go! It is totally normal to feel tired, in fact I have been going to bed early and sleeping in every morning. It will pass, just enjoy the extra sleep for now. 😉
