Why am I awake blogging at 1 am? I have to be awake at 5 am, but here I am haha.

Well, I started my little work out today, My knee is better (yay!). I did the Biggest Loser on the XBox Kinect and a little bit of Dance Central. Whew, my muscles are STILL burning.I have noticed that usually when I have a break in exercise, I can't finish even a short one, it takes me at least a week to condition my breathing. 35 days clean and I made it through both of the work outs on day 1! Amazing how much of a difference 35 days makes. I still can't believe it. 

If you're new and unsure, don't give up, the benefits FAR outweigh the struggle you're going through to keep your quit. 

I ended a 20 year, toxic relationship, and I'm NEVER going back!
