wow I went one week and if i didnt smoke last night think ill be fine couldnt sleep at all 2am and all i could think was how good a cig would be and would prob make me sleepy funny what the mind tells u to get what it wants but i wouldnt budge laid here till 3am the must have fell alsleep and so so happy i didnt give in and as always thanks all of you for the help

Keep it up man!  When I am laying in bed and cannot sleep, I just start breathing deeply and that seems to take care of things.. You can probably take a deep breath now!!  Congrats on the week!!  George

That's exactly it.  Mind games.  Don't fall for it.  It's amazing how your mind will start justifying something as horrible as smoking (known killer) .  You hang in there and keep your quit.  Your doing great!!!

Yes, there will be a few sleepless nights involved. Your body is changing. Look at it as your body's way of heaing itself. Eventually, your body will thank you for no longer giving  it poison. Hang in there, it does get better.

  congrats on ur wk, good job,and u will experience sleepless nights 🙂 deep breathin is good to do. readin is good. dont worry u passed hell week now ur on the recovery rd :)) hang in there 🙂

HOORAY for your ONE WEEK milestone!!! In the beginning I worried that I'd never sleep a whole night again! But I sleep better now than I have in MANY years. In the mean time, I took Tylenol PM when needed.
