Today marks 1 week and I feel AMAZING!!!

I really haven't had any cravings or desires to even smoke since the first 2 days.   When I am briefly around others smoking, all I notice is the nasty smell and have no desire to join!  I keep saying to myself that I am happy to be free and am no longer a slave to to nicotine! 

Still slightly struggling with sleep, but I know it will get better.  About every other day I take a benadryl to help me sleep, but don't want to take it daily, so my body can help to regulate itself back to some sort of normal.

I just feels so amazing to finally be free!!!

ONE WEEK is WONderful!!!!!  Congratulations!  Yes, isn't nicotine STINKY?  So glad you're on the FREEDOM TRAIN!

Hi carries and one quit is super...hell week is over...however, you are early in your quit and I would try to avoid smokers for just awhile...to you are quit longer...in the meantime keep that positive and beautiful quit attitude...now that is addicting...~ Happy Tuesday 344 DOF

Big congrats on 1 week some free.  Sounds like you didn't have much of a hell week--good for you!  Keep moving forward.

Your mindset has a LOT to do with your quit experience - and yours seems to be in exactly the right place.  Congrats on a week - but don't get TOO cocky.  You do have a ways still to go!  I wish for you that the rest of the journey is as easy!

Congrats! I’m working on my first week. Melatonin helps with sleep if you’re still having issues there. Keep posting ur progress!

Thank you!!! I know I do have a long way to go, since drinking messed me up with my last quit.  Will be sticking clear of that for a very long time!
