Thank all of you for your support and effort here! I'm on here a few times a day and the community support here is an important part of my success!
It's now time to stop counting the days and start counting the weeks. That sounds soooo nice! In my last blog I noted that I had not worn the patch for about a day and wondered what would happen when the work week started. I'm happy to report that all is well and have been off the NRT for 4 days and my remaining supplies have been put away and out of sight. My body is now smoke and nicotine free!
So what is left is the Bupropion I am taking twice a day and will last me just beyond New Years. My doctor recommended I finish that and over the years she has been good to me and I have no noticable side affects so I will do as she suggested.
Last thing for today in a previous blog I talked about my local store where I bought my cigarettes for years and wondered when they would stop asking me and realize the I had quit - well it took them 5 days but they asked me yesterday if I quit and i proudly said yes.
Good Luck and thank you all for your support and every day I come here and try my best to give back to the community all that I have taken.
Have a great Week!
