1 Week Vape Free!

Today marks 7 days since I made the decision to quit vaping! The cravings are not as bad after Day 5, but those first few days whew it was rough!! I’m so grateful that I found this support group for those going through the same thing that I am going through. It has helped me tremendously! Any time I wanted to vape I would pick up my phone and go to this site instead and read some encouraging words that would give me the strength to get through my cravings. I hope to be the light that others need to help them on their journey to quit nicotine for good.

Your posts and blog are totally inspiring: I am so close to my quit date now (Friday) and am having thoughts of, “Why am I doing this? Will I make it? What if I just hate life without vaping”....And then I remember that I am doing this so I can live- and live healthfully, free from nicotine and addiction!
