I am feeling quite accomplished today. It's been a full year since I finally quit, and I could not be happier about it. Most days I hardly think about smoking anymore, and finally realize how much better my life is with out the addictive behavior of smoking. I sincerely feel FREE!! I hope that someday your journey will take you to this place. 🙂 Again, I appreciate the support of all of you!! I want to tell anyone out there who is considering quiting that you really CAN do it!! Just remember, NOPE.. Not One Puff Ever!!
