On 1/10/2011 I heard the words I thought would never happen to me- "quit now or you won't make it to 50" so less than a yr. I had a few day pity party. I tried several times beffore but never made it past 3 months smoke free. So after a few days I am ready. I decided Saturday was the last day of smoking for me- too many things to keep going for 🙂 , Any suggestions, hints,tips, etc.......would be helpful- the biggest thing I have learned is I need to want to do it and it is not a bad thing to ask for a hand once in awhile. So this sunday is day one and only 4 mini lozenges, not too bad for me. N.O.P.E
