VR Gaming has been a great replacement for smoking, especially during the times I felt my most anxious 😟, playing something with lots of action, it's hard to shoot zombies and dodging apocalyptic events.😁
@benjamineo2021 Do you use Oculus or some other VR? It would be very interesting of people here began gathering around VR. I know there is at least one other person ( Oculus exercise ) here on the community but perhaps there are more who have it and just haven't mentioned it yet.
