Motivational exercise and support .

I’ve been doing lots of walking with the moving group and continue with it , it’s great , but wanting so much more than that .  Walking only does so much for me and if I don’t switch it up does absolutely nothing for me , nevertheless good to walk .
I’m going to search around for a website that is senior exercise focused similar to what we do here at the Ex quit smoking site . I need support and motivation .  If anyone is aware of any would you kindly post that info . ( I think that’s ok to post a link here ) tx.

AARP has links to classes, I think they are virtual. I don't know how much support they offer though.

Have you ever tried yoga? Practicing has helped me with the last quit and my 2nd quit now.

I have tried some chair yoga @livonce81 .  I've not stuck with it tho . It is much harder than it looks and a good workout . I just find you need a lot of patience for it . Thanks though , I should give it a go again . My son and his wife both do yoga .
