I was curious how many out there would be interested in starting with this 30 day walking challenge? I am way out of shape so since I am breaking the nasty habit I thought that I could clear my mind and work on my exercise also. We could start this Next Monday June 25th. Yep, that is what I do, I love biking, I rode 22 miles with my boy last week, and last night, 10 miles with his dad.
I like to bike north with a trailer loaded with camp gear and spend one night at a campground. That is such fun!

I'm planning on biking as soon as I finish the heavy outdoor weeding work. Maybe we could get a bike challenge going?

Thanks. I did walk on Monday ( I hurt it on Sunday) but by Monday evening it was throbbing. Went to chiropractor yesterday and he thinks slipped disc. I do feel somewhat better today though and hope to walk tomorrow maybe? I feel better when I stand or walk or lay flat, sitting is very uncomfortable. I will heal though and get back to walking soon
