30 Day Jumpin' Jack,Crunch,Squat Challenge

Friday I returned to my senior EXercise class.  No problem since I have still been active, but not overly active.  One of my classmates looked so trim and lean.  I was really taken back.  She had on these tight skinny shorts and she LOOKED GOOD,  Shucks, I was almost jealous.   I asked her what had she been doing.  She told me that she was on day 18 of a 30-day challenge and she offered to text it to me. Here is a sample to see if it is something that you would like to do or try as a separate challenge.

It would like to give it a try and it would make me very happy if we could get this going.   Even if you have to do alternative MOVES is fine.  In other words, do the best you can do.  Weight loss is not the priority. Instead, we could target on our measurements. Breast/Chest, Waist, Hips, Thighs, Biceps.  We don't have to share our numbers unless you want to but just the total loss.  It is about us doing something as a group.   I am open to suggestions. I would like to start on Monday.   Let me know what you think or offer suggestions.   Just say I am in or not.  Each day we comment that we met or did not meet the challenge.  Offer support or suggestions on how to get through. So get your tape measurers out and see how many inches we can lose in 30 days. BEACH BODY!!!!

ThankGod I did not do squats yesterday.  I Did them in the garden for over an hour.  I was able to incorporate them today, going easy on the knees 10 extra jacks and 5 extra crunches.  We can do this  AGAIN Day 4 COMPLETE YAY~~~~~

Hi ya Jackier did day 4 today with you so we can be on same day.  I did not do squats today as my butt and legs feel the burn of 60 squats we did in strength training class.  Woo HOo on day 4.Yay you on feeling that burn!!  Yes we can do this!!

Happy rest day Beck.  Slow start or not at least you got them done and better than none.  I have had a busy day with appointments today and have not done the challenge yet. BUT hey the day is not over!  I have strength training class tonight so will see what exercises we do there before I tackle squats today.  I will do my walk and abs and jacks when I get home. Will report back later.

I’m trying to do it exactly the way they want me to.... I figure there has got to be a reason for everything they are having us do. Going on vacation on 7/13 so hope it works!!!!!

Better late than never.  I Couldn't do the squats today. Worked in the yard and cleaned out flower beds I guess is squatted one way or the other.

Hey forgot to come back and update. I did complete day 6 Thursday with the jacks, crunches anf did 40 regular squats and 40 sumo squats with strength training class (my legs said ouch).  However, this weekend I had a family outting in a huge cabin out in the middle of the woods with all my kids, grandkids and great grandkids, and did not do thee challenge per say but I can tell you I walked and walked and chased the grandkids and had a wonderful time.  Walked the woods with 2 grandsons we caught a frog and found a snake yuck!!!   It was great weekend.  So today back to challenge and doing day 7. Hope you had a great weekend.
