"DressUp!"
I have been running running running all week. I was talking to a friend this morning about having a day off and not knowing what to do. She said if I 'dressed up', it would come to me.
I put on one of my long, opera dresses, did my hair and makeup and then it came to me. I'm going to spend the day reading and writing. I usually had a cigarette reading and writing. It's not there anymore. I don't have that option. I am NOT going out in my pink and white dress, to get cigarettes! I've already been reading, I'm going to read a little bit more, then I'm going to write a couple of letters. I have Murder, she Wrote, on in the background, my apartment smells good, Muppet is taking a nap, I have lots and lots of pretzels...That's a mellow day
