mitchy48 Welcome. I think your plans for your quit date are very inspiring and touching. This is my fourth attempt at quitting and I am now on day 7. I feel different this time because I am trying to keep myself in the day and worry about not smoking "just for today,." It seems to be working so far and I am much less grumpier and depressed than I was the last time I tried to quit. When urges hit me, I just tell myself that "this will pass" and before I know it, it does. We are all here to help you and I wish you all the luck in the world.
