DearLeigh Leigh, I have also smoked since I wasw 15 ande I am now 49 years old. I have 2 cigs left and I am not going to buy anymore. I am excited, scared and all the other feelings that go with this. Are you using any aids to help? Good luck and keep in touch maybe we can do this together for the very last time. Robin Harmon
