Amy20 Thanks for the support and encouragement! After I eat lunch I know it's going to be difficult to resist the urge. I'm proud of making it thus far and don't want to pick this habit up again. I wondered about smoking socially, especially while drinking.... I've got a buddy who quit, other than while drinking.... that's the only time he picks them up anymore.
