navyvetib Well, 17 days, still using the inhalers. Still not smoking. I am beginning to smell smoke on other people, and find myself feeling free from that constant reminder that I had while smoking. (The odor). I won't say I dont't still have a craving now and then but, I reach for my inhalert or a lozenge if it's real strong. Do something else, whatever it takes. I really do want to quit for good. 130 days can't come fast enough.
