Larry12 Never really got to the breathing problems. Still work out and stay active even as I cllimbed to a pack a day habit. I know the days of wheezing were coming. This morning kewl highlight was the smells from my bedroom. Last night dinner was garlic chicken in olive oil with margerine and salt. When I went back to the room to dress I could smell the garlic from the sheets. I am sweating less as I sleep as well. I sweat at night when I smoked. Buckets of sweat and the stench that goes with it. I have been changing the sheets twice a week with the hope the matress and pillows will not stink too soon. I know that in short time I will stop running the washer so often! Otherwise, day six brings a feeling of a bit more success... not control, just success for now.
