Welcome to EX, please read everything you can find on nicotine addiction and remember that quitting is a journey and not an event.  It is one day at a time and there is no way to speed it up.  There are no shortcuts.  When a day is too long...make it an hour at a time.  Stay close to the site, read blogs, write a blog introducing yourself to the community, you will get more support than you ever dreamed of.
