BryantD Hi BryantD. Thank you so much for your message. I want to quit but I am doing it slowly. I used to smoke 2 packs a day awhile back but I am down to less than a pack a day. I find that if I can keep busy I can go without. My strategy is to smoke a half at time. That is a start. I feel so much better. breathing is better. Thanks again for support and God Bless You!
