It's been 68 days since I've quit and still using the patches which I think have really helped. I am planning on only using them for 1 more week then try it without them. Is this too soon?
Congratulations on your quit, I agree with Barbscloud that you need to step down and see how you handle that. Some people, like JonesCarpeDiem forgot to put his on for more than one day and then just carried one in his wallet just in case he thought he might smoke.
