Glad you are here. I hope you have/will do the readings that have been recommended. It's proven that they are important for a successful quit. I know it was important to ME - and I have now been quit for 6+ years. The book by Allen Carr, especially, was an eye opener for me.
Congrats - you're on to Day Three - right? The nicotine should be out of your system shortly and then it's just your body adjusting to life without it, and the association triggers. Change up your routines to get past those.
