I moved my QUIT to today instead of Tues. I just didn't want to smoke for two more days and didn't want to buy cigs. Since I cut back 5 days ago I can see that I can do a lot of things without smoking, and that they are much more enjoyable. First day went quite well and I look forward to the 3 day mark. SO HAPPY for you. A little depression is pretty normal...try to do some exercising to get some dopamine to release. I remember getting on a stationary bike and being amazed at how good I felt...in the summer, I can use a friend's pool and work out and feel my heart rate go up along with my mood. CONGRATULATIONS!
