Where is the 15 minute video

I was told there is  15 minute video to complete, went through entire site and could not find one that is 15 minutes, please advise.

@laurie9999 We don't have any 15 minute videos, but there are 15 steps to complete, some of which are videos to watch. It appears you have completed all steps except for chatting with the EX Coaches twice, at least 7 days apart. 

If you remember where you heard 15 minute video I can look into it further.
