I’m still pretty bitter about the paid survey group or paid study group that I participated in and never got my reward for it… I haven’t used this website since…

@Hippymom1215 After looking into things further we've determine that you were paid via GiftCard via email on 6/11/20 and the GC was claimed. Perhaps you can locate the email from that day and you will be able to recall that payment was received from the study team.
