Absolutely! I'd love a running buddy! I don't have much endurance yet though so I do spurts of running and walk to recover. First goal is to to run a mile with no walking rests. Smoking won't help me get there so keeps the quit going strong.

Thanks Darren, this week ergonomics div gave me a new mouse...called the "orbit," and I am having a dickens of a time getting used to it right now.  Consequetly, my speed is non existent for awhile.
