Morning/afternoon everyone. Had trouble with computer this morning. All is well now.

That Popeye power juice looks good I think I will have a 6oz glass to go with my oatmeal and berries this morning.

Today I need to drive into town and pick up some veggies so I can get my weekly cooking done today. Also will stop and get my last soy mocha and then be done with that not so healthy drink. Going forward. Love feeling healthy. Love being smoke free!
