If I've gotten your quit date wrong, be sure to update it and then go through the steps to sync it to the community.
Please check your Community Profile to see if you've indicated how many cigarettes on average you smoked per day. Then go to the My Quit Stats tab in your profile to see how many cigarettes you have avoided or put the mouse over your username and then click the little "ex" button in the lower left of the hovercard pop-up.

Hello Mark, Tank you for those kind words of encouragement. Sorry to say, I didn't make my QD. I am having trouble sticking to( QD) quit day. I have said I was going to start 2 times. I just can't get it settled in my mind. I'm going for try again March 13,2020.Wish me luck!!

Thank you Mark! You guys are all awesome on here and extremely supportive. Unfortunately I’ve failed again! I’m so disappointed in myself. I have cut down more then half of what I originally smoke and I’m still trying to find the courage to choose a quit day. Wish me luck!

Use My EX Plan | BecomeAnEX and update your quit date and educate yourself about quitting so next time you try you'll be more prepared. Glad to hear the site has been helpful.
