If I've gotten your quit date wrong, be sure to update it and then go through the steps to sync it to the community.
Please check your Community Profile to see if you've indicated how many cigarettes on average you smoked per day. Then go to the My Quit Stats tab in your profile to see how many cigarettes you have avoided or put the mouse over your username and then click the little "ex" button in the lower left of the hovercard pop-up.
thanks MARK

Congrats! Way to check-in and confirm your quit!
Thank you Mark!
Hey Mark,
Sorry I have not responded. My actual quit day was November 16. I am struggling but that's ok. I didn't think it was going to be easy. I actually quit due to have pneumonia. That was scary and the cough was awful. I didn't want to think about a cigarette during that time. When I got better, I decided that since I had been without a cigarette for 12 days, I could try to quit. I have updated my quit date in my plan.
Thanks,
