27 Days of Freedom is super....
WOW! Magnificent! Reminds me of JonesCarpeDiem's cat, Hoggie.
We have several artists among us: https://excommunity.becomeanex.org/message/118579-share-your-art-with-us
Hope you can get back to making art SOON - it will make a great distraction.
Congrats on 27 days!

You are very very talented .
Art is a wonderful way to let out your emotions , your feelings , your strengths , your trials and successes . I think you will find that inspiration in your art as your quit progresses . It might even take you another direction . So glad you posted this , it's so real .
Sometimes it just takes time and patience .
Congratulations on your quit .
WOW, what a beautiful portrait of that cat, I am sure that the people who commissioned it are very pleased. I think it's wonderful to have a talent like that and I am glad that you shared it with us.

BEAUTIFUL!!!! What a gift you have. And she's named after you - kind of. (Love that Heron painting of yours too!) I would think all that craving energy would prompt you to paint even more. Maybe totally step out of the norm and experiment with wild and crazy stuff. Maybe a little op art or dribbling on a platter or an acrylic pour....
Twenty-seven days is really fantastic. You just keep hanging in there. And when you're ready, a new masterpiece will come out of you.
