Nicotine lozenges

Hi everyone! I quit ecigs years ago and go hooked on patches then gum and now lozenges! I have no desire of interest in smoking but cant get off the lozenges! When I I excercise lately I feel exceptionally out of breath and not to mention its expensive and seems so ridiculous, I think I also do it to help not overeat! Any constructive advice or support is appreciated!
