I just received an email from this site stating someone mentioned needing in a comment !!! Wow, it's been a long time since I smoked. I completed 4 years and 29 days!! Let me say....I don't miss it one bit!!
For all of you who are just starting this....it was such a blessing for me in the beginning! I had a place to go and people understood what I was going through! My advice....one day at a time! You will get there!!
