Just got a message that you wanted me to check in. I am still a non smoker and it been 8 years. I quit on Feb 13. The picture that goes with my post is my dog Dudley. Unfortunately yesterday was really hard for me because we had to put Dudley down. Today is not too good either. But none of it caused me to smoke again. When I finally quit and it had been 40 years that I did smoke., I said I will never put another in my mouth ever. I did not. So for all you folks that are new to quitting keep it up. Don’t let anything get in your way. Thank you to the people that are here. I will always remember how you have helped me and I hope others will stick with it too, because of you folks.
