I knew my 200 days was over the weekend, but non-smoking life got in the way and I completely forgot about it until this morning!  My husband' uncle passed away and we had a wedding this weekend so there were other things on my mind.  Please forgive my absence over the weekend.  I will be gone tomorrow as well since the funeral is tomorrow.

Anyway...life does go on and I am here to celebrate 201 nicotine and smoke free days!!!

I am FREE - 201 Days, 4,833 Hours, 290,038 Minutes, 17,402,310 Seconds (Give or Take)!!!

Money saved so far:  A little over $2,356 (and I am actually putting this money into a savings account for a rainy day).

Cigarettes NOT smoked:  6,042.5

Life regained (in days):  50

Time spent NOT smoking (days):  20

Cravings - On a very rare occasion, I have a had a craving which is more like a passing thought.  I know the craving is not from the nicotine itself; that is long gone out of my body.  The craving is a psychological craving; a memory or situation where I would have a sickarette.  I know to watch out for them and how to recognize them.  I am creating new, non-smoking memories now.

What keeps me strong is positive self-talk.  I tell myself I don't do that anymore!  NOPE.  SINAO.  One step and then another will get you where you want to be.

Weight Lost since quitting:  Still 15 pounds!  I got my eating back on track and have begun to exercise more.  I am lifting weights and working out 3x per week.
