11 months smoke free👍☺

Hello Everyone,

I hope everyone had a wonderful and safe Halloween...I just wanted to stop by this site and give all of you a little update on my progress...now that we are in the month of November I can happily say that I am 11 months smoke free and I can hardly believe it myself because I had unsuccessful quits before but this time I'm sticking to my guns and taking the bull by its horns and taking things a day at a time...I know that I am not out of the woods yet because I will always have a smokers mind...I still sometimes have my bad days and get a stress out or happy about something and out of the blue Nicky-Nicotine can pop in my head...but quickly I start working my program and get on my knees and pray to God to help me threw another day with out cigarettes☺well that's a little update on how I am doing...I send everyone positive vibes and hugs keep working your programs to stay smoke free and have a wonderful weekend!
