it's my quit days and I'll take that! Strange week or so I've had. Several times a day/evening I'll think to myself, hmm I'd go have a smoke right now if I hadn't quit. Those thoughts scare me! I continue to remind myself of all the rotten stuff those nasty cigs do to us. They ruin everything and do absolutely nothing for us. What a nasty, mean habit they are. Then I pull a little joy to mind...I physically feel so much better already!!! Ya know 50 years of smoking and feeling better already, that's a real bonus to keep working for.
