Thank you Mary. I made it through and am feeling a little less scared. It was so satisfying to put a big red X through that day on the calendar. I am looking forward to doing that every day for the next 3 months (at least). I also feel like the universe is supporting my decision. Yesterday, 20 minutes after I put the patch on, I went to the gym and in walked my best friend (who NEVER works out on Wednesdays) She gave me a big hug and high five. One day at a time...
