Oh God. So this morning my patch fell off while I was taking a shower, I forgot to put on a new one and now I’m having crazy craves. It’s too late to put one on so I’ve gotta just ride this out but omg. I was fine all day, despite stress (i was at work). Now I’m home with free time on my hands and I am sitting on my hands right now. I want to scream but I’m in my apartment and don’t want to alarm my neighbors. Oh Jesus. Help me. I’ve gotta get through the next couple hours without smoking.
