I’m not sure when I lost my quit.  I think it was sometime in February.  But this morning, I woke up, put on a patch, and am starting over.  Again.  Day One.

so far today hasn’t been terrible, just extremely tired.  Was slightly irritable this morning but that passed.  So I’ve been napping on and off and keeping myself occupied.  This quarantine isn’t helping but I don’t want to smoke any more.  Oh and I’ve been coughing a lot.  But I will just stay the course and will stay strong.  Hope everyone is doing ok out there.

I have smoked on and off (mostly on) for the last twenty years...quit in 2010 and was successful for 3 1/2 years. Then my husband died in January 2014, so I caved and started up again...now, over 7 years later, I want to be done for good!!!! This quit is IT.
