29 DAYS

I am now 29 days smoke-free and about to head into No Man’s Land.  I need to be extra careful and protective of my quit now as I’ve lost countless quits while in NML in the past.  But overall I feel great this time.  I’m noticing I have more energy, I’m sleeping better and I feel happy.  I feel really, really confident that this quit is gonna stick.  Just keeping myself busy during the days and distracting myself if the occasional thought of smoking comes around.  But I’ve been pretty clear of those thoughts too.  The patch is working out awesomely, and Wellbutrin.  Just gotta keep going.  I hope everyone is having a great day!!!!

I have smoked on and off (mostly on) for the last twenty years...quit in 2010 and was successful for 3 1/2 years. Then my husband died in January 2014, so I caved and started up again...now, over 7 years later, I want to be done for good!!!! This quit is IT.
