Today is my 43rd Birthday. And it’s my first birthday smoke-free since 2013!!! I feel so great about that. And despite life being all over the place and very challenging to say the least, I’m happy! I’m happy and I’m determined to keep this quit going. I’m on my last step of the nicotine patch and only have 13 more days on it, then I am patchless and completely nicotine free. This journey has been so amazing so far. I’m grateful for all of the people I’ve met here, and for all of the changes my body has been going through since I quit 62 days ago. Thank you to everyone who has been there to encourage, support and help me along the way. I’m going to try to get some sleep but I just wanted to post this before turning in. Love to everyone!!!!!
